Time Accounts

Use
The report creates an overview of current, selected time accounts foreach employee. The time balances are determined in time evaluation. Youcan also call the report from the Time Management pool. Thereport offers an alternative to report RPTEDT00 (time statement) if youwant to notify employees quickly about their current balances.

Integration
If you use time recording systems, some of the balances displayed arethe balances that are downloaded to the time recording systems.
You can determine which balances are downloaded in the Set the datato be displayed at the terminal step in Customizing for PersonnelTime Events.

Preconditions
Time balances must have been generated in time evaluation.
The time balances must be available to be downloaded to the timerecording systems. You set this up in the Store for time accounts field in the Time Types view (Define Time Types stepin Customizing for Time Evluation).
Please note that the balances come from the last error-free run of thetime evaluation report (RPTIME00).
