Purpose
You can use this program to inform your employees that they have timeevaluation messages that they need to process using the Clock-In/OutCorrections Web application.

Integration
We advise you to run this program in the background. It is advisable toschedule it following each time evaluation run.

Prerequisites

• You use the Clock-In/Out Corrections Web application.


• You have created a standard text for the e-mail to be sent. For more
information, see the Implementation Guide for Clock-In/Out Correctionsand choose Write Notification Texts.

• You have stored the employees' e-mail addresses in the E-Mail
subtype (0010) of the Communication infotype (0105).

Features
If there are relevant time evaluation messages for an employee, theprogram sends an e-mail to the employee. You can also have the timeevaluation messages listed in the body of the e-mail.
