Purpose
You can use this program to process leave requests that, for technicalreasons, the system was unable to save in the absences infotype(2001). This may be caused by one of the following reasons:

• The absence was already created by someone else. You can see the list of
leave requests that have already been created using the option onlycorrectly posted requests.

• The absence overlaps other time data records that were already entered.


• The employee has insufficient remaining entitlement to be able to take
the absence.
This program is intended for the error handling of leave requests for arelatively small number of employees. You can therefore restrict thenumber of data records to be evaluated according to organizationalcriteria. If you want to evaluate more than 50 employees, you can usethe RPTARQERR_ALL report, which you can accessby choosing the Evaluation Over All Data Records button on thereport selection screen.

Output
This program lists the data records with errors so that you can processthem.

Activities
To process them, proceed as follows:


• Check the error situation in the application you use to administrate
time data. Process the absence as in the corresponding leave request andsave.
If no error message appears, the system was now able to save the absencewithout problems.
If an error message appears, correct the error if possible.

• Return to this program. Assign a status for each leave request according
to whether you were able to resolve the error.
If you were able to save the absence in the system, select the relevantentry and choose Approve. The data record is now assigned thestatus Posted in the document database.
If you were unable to save the absence in the system, select therelevant entry and choose Reject. The data record is now assignedthe status Rejected in the document database.
The employee is automatically notified that the leave request could notbe processed.
