Description
Membership/partownership statistics ('SAF - Delägaruppgift').
This reports gives information about total pay during one year for acompany (=organization number) and also, per SAF workplace numberwithin this company, number of employees during the year. Theinformation is divided into two groups, salaried employees and workers.Normally you have only one SAF union within the company, but in casethere is more than one, the report has SAF Union as a second levelbetween organization number and workplace numbers to cover this. Totalpay will then be reported per org no/SAF Union and number of employeesper work place numbers within the org no/SAF Unions.
The report is normally run once a year, e.g. you run for 1998 inFebruary 1999. The information is sent to SAF. The exact day is givenon the form sent to the company by SAF. The information in this reportshould be used to fill out the form received from SAF.
You find the report within the Payroll menue/subsequent activities/annual/reporting.
Fields on the selection screen:
a - Period - last year is given as default period (01.01.XX to31.12.XX)
b - personnel number,personnel area/sub area, employee group/sub group,payroll area - should be used for individual selection
c - 1 - organization number - if you want a report for a specific orgno and do not know which empl groups/sub groups that belong to thisorgno, you can select this here - possible to give a range
2 - feature name for grouping together personnel sub areasbelonging to the same personnel area. Since the information in thisreport is given per SAF workplace number (normally on personnel subarea level) this feature is probably in most cases not useful
d - 1 SAP Script form - default is the layout form developed by SAP,but here you can choose an alternative lay out form 2 - HRFormlink - id for customizing data for the report - Forml in viewV512_ES

Precondition
In order to run this report with a satisfying result, table T512E (viewT512ES) must be properly customized. The form to check/customize inT512E is the one you register in the selection screen, HR Form Link.

Output
Report per organization number with total of pay for workers andsalaried respectively and then, for each workplace, number ofemployees, grouped in salaried and workers. New page when there is anew organization number. Occasionally there are more than one SAFunions within the org no and this is then reflected in the report.
If there is no organizational selection done the report will selectallemployees in the client. If org no is registered, the report willselect only employees within the registered org no/nos.
