Purpose
In the Republic of Austria, starting January 1, 2008, the annualtax-exempt travel flat rate is capped when a certain amount limit isexceeded (this is currently EUR 11,400.00). This report program wasdeveloped by SAP because the system functionality to accommodate the newlaw was available after the law came into effect.
The program accumulates the tax-exempt reimbursement amounts and storesthem in the PTRV_BTRGSUM table. If the taxation of a trip changesbecause the limit is reached, the trip is set to "to be settled". Whenthe next settlement run for the personnel number occurs (in programRPRTEC00), the trip is selected and the settlement is recalculatedtaking the amount limit into account.
