Purpose
Program for deactivating the locks for processing credit card receiptsin the R3 online system

Prerequisites
This program is only intended for use in emergency cases and should onlybe run by administra
tors. A modification must be made at the indicatedpoint in the source code.
If a user who is editing trips with the offline tool loses data on theexternal device, this program can be used to enable credit card receiptsthat could only be processed in the offline system to be edited in R3again. The user must then reinitialize his offline data. This programcan only be used for this purpose. If this program is started and thentrips are edited online and offline in which credit card receipts aredeleted, inserted, etc., data loss can occur during synchronization. Itmust therefore always be ensured that only the online system or only theoffline system can access credit card receipts.
If this program is started in an emergency case as described above, thisis logged in the system log.
