Description
This program is used to select the employees that benefit from thesereductions.
The reductions on the minimum salary concern employees whose salary is1.33 times lower than the guaranteed minimum wage. In this case, theemployer has the right to reduce the contributions of the URSSAF.

Features
For the processed period, the program reads the RF cluster and storesthe data relating to the charges. If it is located in the payroll past,the program will reconstitute the payroll report for the end of thisperiod. This means that a retroactive calculation for this period,possibly launched one month later, is not taken into account.

Activities
Over and above the standard selections, the entry screen enables you tochoose one of more valuation rules to find, for example, unpaidabsences.
Finally, you enter the social charge indicator to identify reductions onthe minimum salary.

Prerequisites

• The contributions must have been generated on the basis of the tables
defining the French charges.

• The persons selected must possess a payroll period for the period
entered.

• The value of the legal duration of work in the establishment is produced
by the feature FAAS4 and the table of payroll constants (T511K).

Result
The list issued contains, for each employee, information relating toabsences, the number of working hours as well as details on thereductions on minimum salary.
