Description This report creates a list of personnel actions which have been carriedout within the selected period for employees. You can carry out the evaluation for any user defined time period. Thesystem suggests an evaluation under Other period>. Please note,you can only make an entry in the Person selection period> fieldwhen you have selected Other period>. You select the employees to be evaluated under Selection>. Enteran indivdual personnel number or a range of personnel numbers in thePersonnel number> field. The Employment status> field has the default value 0>. Youcan further delimit your selection of employees by making entries inthe following fields:
- Personnel area>
- Personnel subarea>
- Employee group>
- Employee subgroup>
You can also select Multiple Selection> at any time. A dialog boxis displayed, in which you can enter individual values or a range ofvalues. In the Action> field under List format> you enter thepersonnel actions> that should be evaluated. In thestandard system the Pers.no>, Name>, Date>,Action>, Action text>, Pers.area>, Text> andCost ctr> fields are filled. The evaluation period is displayedabove the table. The number of selected employees is displayed belowthe table. You can edit and export the table.
