Purpose
You can use this report to prefill the report launchpad for the role ofthe maintenance technician. BW reports and ERP reports are assimilatedand, where possible, sensible proposed values are entered for theselection parameters.

Integration
The entries generated are copied into the Customizing of the reportlaunchpad, and can be changed there.

Prerequisites
You are using the Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).

Selection
You can either process only the entries of the report launchpad (
Fill Reports) or the texts for pre-existing entries (FillTexts).
You must also specify the aliases that you entered in the portal for theERP system and the BW system. Note that the system does not checkwhether the aliases that you entered exist.

Output
If errors occur, these are displayed in the form of an application log.
