Title Flexible Employee Data Purpose This report lists data flexibly; this means that you can choose theemployee data that is to be displayed. Prerequisites Features This report allows you to choose from 20 separate fields for displayingemployee data. For example, you can choose to display personal ororganizational data. Selection You can also carry out a key date evaluation. You can store a key datein the Key date> field. If you select another>>key date>, the report can be run on any key date specified.In this case, enter the desired date in the relevant field. Under Selection>>, enter the personnel numbers that are tobe evaluated. You select the employee's data that you wish to display using Additional data>>. If you select Field selection>>,the HR field selection>> dialog box appears. From the fieldcatalog stored in the dialog box, you can enter up to 20 fields of yourchoice.Standard_variants The system uses the Today> indicator to propose a selectionof employees for the current date.Output The evaluation results are displayed as a list in ALV Grid ControlFormat. The fields chosen from the field catalog are displayed in thechosen sequence in the columns. Activities You can edit and export the list too. You can use the general ABAP ListViewer functions for this.
