Use
You can use this report to select personnel numbers for fast dataentry. For example, when you are responsible for processing allpersonnel numbers assigned to a certain cost center, this report makesthese personnel numbers available automatically within the R/3applications fast entry of time recording and time sheet.
The fast data entry report relieves you of time consuming activitiessince you no longer have to enter each personnel number separately. Thereport can be replaced at any time by a customer-specific report.

Integration
In the standard system, the report is used for simplified fast dataentry within

• fast entry of time recording


• the time sheet

Within the time sheet, you can save the selection criteria that youneed to select you personnel numbers, as variants. Using the VSR(Variant Selection Report) prameter you can enter your variants underyour own user profile. The report then runs automatically when youstart the time sheet.
