Purpose
This report analyses the income differentials of a workforceaccording to designated groups (in the various occupational categoriesand levels of the workforce) as specified by the South AfricanEmployment Equity Act (EEA).
According to the EEA, the designated groups which this report focuseson are:
Race
Gender
Level

Prerequisites
For each employee in your organization, you must maintain the followinginformation:
In infotype Personal Data (0002), specify gender.
In infotype Additional Pers. Data (0077), specify ethnic origin anddisability information.
