SAP Program RPLDADF0 - Automated declaration of social data - unified (DADS-U)

Purpose
The DADS-U is an obligatory annual statement for the companies. Acompany must, at the latest on January 31 of each year, draw up acomputerized statement of social data. For each employee, this statementindicates the total remuneration paid during the previous year andprovides information relating to his or her situation (illness, workaccidents, etc.).
This program reproduces the DADS-U standard and generates two TemSe files in SAP and DADS-Uformat.

Prerequisites
The preparatory phases involve for the most part defining the structureof the company, setting the transfer referenceand recodifying the indicators specificto clients so that they are identical to those defined in the servicespecifications of the DADS-U.
This program is based on the DAQ tool (Data acquisition) for which thestructuration principle is the legal form. SAPhas created two DADS and DADU files. Refer to the correspondingactivities in the implementation guide.

Selection
Number SIRET in Additional selections selects theestablishment assigned to the SIRET indicated. When you enter SIRETno. without indicating the domain and subdomain, the system searchesthrough all the domains and subdomains associated with the SIRET in thetable T5F1P.
The structure of the selection screen is subdivided into tabs:
Data common to senders
The period of the statement in structure S20 is the company.
In the DADS-U standard, the following information is required tofacilitate the exchanges between the sender and the recipient. Enter:
SIRET
Transfer reference
Service
Type of transfer
Transfer reference

Calculation period
The DADS-U is associated with a statement reference period. The startand end date are determined on the basis of the fiscal year to bedeclared. Always enter 01AAAA and 12AAAA forthe start and end period, this is also case in the event of a payrolldiscrepancy. The payroll discrepancy for the reading of results ismaintained on the basis of the payroll area.
Evaluation reports
To simplify the exchange of evaluation reports (ER), make entries on thebasis of this sequence:

An evaluation report is a document transferred by the receiver centersafter complete evaluation of an accepted file

Nature and type of statement
The DADS-U principle is to respond by means of a single process to allstatements expected by the recipient administrations and agencies.
The filtering procedure is designed so that each agency receives onlythe data which is strictly necessary for it.
Indicate the Type of statement desired (normal, additional, none).
Splitting
A company decides to send its statements in several parts, for example astatement for management executives and another for non executives. Youmust process the populations in moved payroll and non moved payroll.Particular case: when an employee in moved payroll switches to non movedpayroll, the method SELECT_EE_PAYS_BY_FRACTION of the BAdIHRPAYFR_DADSU_CUST must be implemented.
Start options
Automatic generation of S41 periods without personnelaction activates the search for changes in the S41 structures atindividual dossier level and not personnel actions.
Correction files
This option is provided to declare employees who do not exist in SAP orto correct information concerning employees whom you have alreadydeclared.

  • Identification of the employee is used to load a file for the
    • modification of data in the S30 structure.
    • Social and tax data is used to load a file for the modification
      • of social and fiscal data in the structure S41.
      • Other data is used to load a file of the modification of data and
        • other subgroups in the S41 structure and structures S44, S45, S46.

        Output
        This program generates two TemSe files in DADS-U and SAP format. Asoutput you obtain a list of companies/establishments, the error list andthe name of the TemSe file in SAP format. Using this list you can:
        view the DADS-U structures by double clicking on the name of the TemSefile
        create the file in DADS-U format by clicking on the button Download
        The above actions initiate the RPUTMS9S program.
