The payroll year is entered as a four-digit number. The report supportsevaluations after and including the year 1996. O: Date of the organizational assignment from infotype 0000 This parameter is useful when the date of entry parameter has beengiven the value D (the date from infotype 0041). In this case, a datefrom infotype 0041 is selected by the date type parameter. If you choose this option, a log is generated for the year-end bonusand gross special payment calculations. By choosing this option, a form is generated that displays the BFSstatistic in readable form. If you choose this option, a file is created. It serves as the basisfor the creation of a BFS data medium. If you want to create a file, enter the file name using this parameter. If the generated list is to be exported to WinWord, a page break occursafter 99 wage lines. If the list is printed out, a page break occursafter 28 lines. Selection of persons Precondition Master data Feature CHBGD determines the responsibility and qualification profileof the position. Feature CHBGE determines wage types according to the work contract. The type of training is established with feature CHBGA. If the position cannot be determined from the employee subgroup usingCHBGC, a value can be assigned for each employee. If the wage agreement cannot be derived from the employee subgroupusing feature CHBGC, a value can be assigned for each employee. The residency status must be maintained for foreign employees.
