This report deletes INCLUDE member and in addition, lists across-reference via the used routines (FORMs, MODULEs).
Print editing can be influenced by print control statements thatmust start on column 1.
The following print control statements are supported:
*SPACE nn leave nn lines empty (if nn notspecified: Leave 1 line empty)
*EJECT new page
