Purpose
This report is used to copy infotype Organizational Assignment (0001) toa new line with start date January 1, 2006, within the framework of theWage Return 2006.
As a result, the system forces an evaluation of the indicator LEPER forthe infotype lines that were created before the start date of the wagereturn (this is done automatically for lines created after the startdate).

Prerequisites
The persons to be processed must not have an infotype line with a startdate after January 1, 2006.

Selection
The following selection options are available:

• The date you should specify is the date on which you wish to convert the
fields.

• You must also specify the selection criteria relating to employees and
the organization (personnel numbers, legal person and payroll area).

• By default, a Batch Input Session (BIS) is created.


• Batch Input Session parameters. Specify the BIS name and the user name
of the person creating the BIS (e.g. the system administrator).

Output
A list of processed personel numbers is created.
