Purpose
You use this report in your implementation of the Portfolio Analyzer.
To be able to calculate yields correctly, all flows from TransactionManagement in Treasury and Risk Management that are yield-relevant, suchas purchases, sales, fees, interest, and taxes, have to be defined inCustomizing as PA-cash-flow-relevant. This is required due tothe replacement of the operational valuation area in Release EA FS 2.0.
In addition to the setting for PA cash flow relevance, the PA flow typecan still be used for reporting purposes. In this way it is possible toredefine and group together the various subdivisions for flows in theupdate types in Portfolio Analyzer in terms of their effect on yield.These subdivisions are defined in great detail in order to reflect therequirements of position maintenance and account determination.
You can classify TM update types manually as PA-cash-flow-relevant. Youcan also assign the TR update types manually to PA flow types. Since nosample Customizing is available for this, and there are usually verymany TM update types, this report is designed to help you reclassifyyour update types.

Features
The report contains 4 'fill' logics:
Transfer of update types (key entries only without logic):
Only the update types themselves are transferred as keys from thedefinition table. No proposals are made regarding PA cash flow relevanceor PA flow types.
Transfer of update types from the Customizing for payment relevance:
In this logic, the Customizing that defines the payment relevance ofupdate types is read and transferred. Any entries that have no paymentindicator are also transferred. Any update types that are defined aspayment-relevant in TM are flagged as PA-cash-flow-relevant.
No proposals are generated for the PA flow type.
Program logic for the generation of proposals:
Update types are defined as PA-cash-flow-relevant using the same logicat that used by the report for the generation of proposals regarding thepayment relevance of flows.
No proposals are generated for the PA flow type.
Migration of old Customizing (first DELETE mode, then INSERT mode)
If you used Portfolio Analyzer productively in a previous release, andyou are now upgrading from a release lower than EA FS 2.0 to Release EAFS 2.0 or later, then you can use this option to transfer theCustomizing for the assignment of flow types to PA flow types to thecurrent architecture.
In this mode, all the existing entries are deleted, and then the oldCustomizing is migrated. In this process, the corresponding update typeis found for all flow types that were assigned a PA flow type. Their PAcash flow relevance and PA flow type is then found.

Selection
The option for selecting data by update type can be used for the filllogics 1 through 3 only.

Activity
You use the manual maintenance transaction to revise the resultsgenerated by this report.
