Purpose
Using this report, you can enter registrations, deregistrations andupdates and save them in a file for the Health Care Insurance Board.
The report is only intended for pension funds and insurers appointed bythe Health Care Insurance Board to withhold sources.

Prerequisites
You manually included the report Select persons for registration with orderegistration from the Health Care Insurance Board (RPCVZPN0) ormanually included persons in the table Registration of persons withor deregistration from the Health Care Insurance Board(P05T_CVZ_REG).
You should be authorized to make changes in the authorization objectP_NL_LA06.

Selection
Under "Selections", you can select the required legal person in thefield Legal person. The field Payroll year indicate theyear to which the payroll applies. The Payroll period is thenumber of the payroll period. The Health Care Insurance Boardsequence number is the alphanumeric code used to order a Health CareInsurance Board file with respect to previously submitted files.
If necessary, you can generate this report in test mode using theindicator Test mode. When this is done, the data is not saved inthe database.
The Path for the Health Care Insurance Board indicates where thefile must be saved.
The Filename is generated automatically in accordance with theguidelines of the Health Care Insurance Board and comprises the payrolltaxes number, the year, the month (as a number) and a letter. Thefollowing is an example of a filename: 123456789V12.2008.01B.csv.
Select the person (using PC00_M05_ CVZP) and enter any changes (usingPC00_M05_UCVZ) prior to downloading the file.

Output
If you do not use the option Test mode, the Health Care InsuranceBoard file is stored at the location indicated.
The log includes a report including the categories General messages andStatistics. The general messages comprise a report of message textsregarding registrations, deregistrations and updates. Statistics includea number of selected, processed and incorrect registrations,deregistrations and changes.
