Title Use Report 'Generation of professional tax scales' (RPCTXEB0>) allowsyou to generate tax scales per category for incomes under 7.500 EUR(based on key formula tables) and above 7.500 EUR (based on payrollconstants). For tax calculation on normal payments, employees are split into:
- Active employees, administrators, retirees and early retirees,
- Resident and non resident employees, whose scales are stored in the
tables 'Monthly salaries - deduction in advance' (T5BTM>) and'Advance deductions for non-resident people' (T5BTS>),respectively. Moreover, for each (taxable) income step in the tax scales, the reportcalculates the normal tax in case the person has no dependant children. If you have maintained payroll constant 'Maximum number of children atcharge' (ST110), the report also calculates the normal tax for 1 up to xdependant children, where x equals the value of constant ST110. Thereduction for dependant children is only applicable to resident persons. Therefore, only table 'Monthly salaries - deduction in advance' ( T5BTM>) contains the number of dependant children as key item. The maximum number of dependant children, stored in constant ST110,should at least be equal to the number of children of the employeecurrently with the greatest number of dependant children in yourcompany. If the required number of dependant children is not found intable T5BTM during the tax calculation, an error message is displayed. In this case, change the value in payroll constant 'Maximum number ofchildren at charge' (ST110), update table Monthly salaries - deductionin advance (T5BTM>), and then run the tax calculation programagain.Prerequisites To generate the tax scales successfully, you have to customize thefollowing tables:
- Table 'Reduction for children' (T5BTX>) contains the tax
reductions for dependant children on normal payments,
- Table 'Regular salaries pay scales' (T5BTY>) contains the key
formulas for normal or regular payments,
- Table 'Reduction on taxable base' (T5BTZ>) contains the reductions
for professional costs and the additional reduction for self-employedadministrators. Additionally, you have to maintain the payroll constants in followingtables:
