Description The term report for tax and employer's contribution (step 1). Term reporting is run in two steps. This is step 1, an extraction program that is run once for all companies. The program creates a TemSe file, which will later be read in step 2 (program RPCTRMV1). In step 2 a list is written and TemSe file created (i.e. for transfer/diskette to the tax authorities). The following parameters MUST be set when executing the program: Year: Valid year. Term: Valid term value (1-6). In addition to these parameters, there is a check-box for pension amount. Some customers calculate deposit of pension amount in the payroll run, and cumulate this amount into 'Basis employer's contribution ofpension amount' (/158). If they want this amount to be reported eachtermin, the checkbox should be activated. If they don't want itreportedeach termin (reported once a year instead) the checbox shouldbe deactivated. (The amount reported once a year is entered into theselection screen of Termin report Part 2) Wage types used: Tax deduction: /136 Basis employer's contribution: /103, /114, /158 /133, /154 (Svalbard) The output file is saved on TemSe, which is SAP's internal file system. To get an overview of TemSe go to Tools->Administration->Spool->TemSe Contents. From this menu superfluous files can be deleted. The system empties TemSe automatically after 30 days. This can be modified in feature TemSe. Output The file name on TemSe is generated as follows: HR_RPCTRMV0_. |
