Title Sickness History SSP 1 Purpose You will normally run this report in conjunction with the SSP 1 report.When an SSP 1 Changeover Form is submitted to the DSS, they generallyrequire information on the employee's entire sickness history. Runningthis report will enable you to provide the necessary information oneach sickness period, indicating when it started, ended, and the numberof weeks for which SSP was paid. Features The report provides the following information:
- Employee's name
- Employee's National Insurance number
- Employee's payroll number
The following information is provided for each sickness period:
- Sickness start date
- Sickness end date
- Number of weeks paid
