Purpose
You use this report to start the flow for the performance appraisal ofemployees for the Portuguese Public Sector.

Features
With this report, you generate the appraisal documents that will befilled out by the appraisers and appraisees for SIADAP.

Selection
There are no mandatory parameters on the selection screen, but if youwant to limit the selection to one type of employees, choose one of theoptions in the field SIADAP Code under the tab SIADAPOptions.

Output
After you run the report, you can change the appraiser for one or moreemployees on the list by selecting the employees and the ChangeAppraiser pushbutton.
You can only change appraisers before you select the CreateAppraisals pushbutton. After the status changes from red to green in theID Status column, you cannot make any changes, and the Appraisal Statuscolumn changes to In Preparation.
