SAP Program RPCRTSJ0 - HR-J :Withholding tax statement of Retirement

Purpose
This report provides you with the data of the Withholding Tax Statementfor Retirement Income for manual transcription. This report shows thedetails of employees who are paid retirement allowance during thespecified data selection period.

Prerequisites
You need to complete the retirement allowance calculation for retiredemployees.

Output
The following output options are supported:

  • Entry Date Stored in Contract Elements

    • The system displays the entry date in the item Other Date 1,which is specified in the Initial Entry field in CreateContract Elements (0016) infotype.
    • Entry in Group Stored in Contract Elements

      • The system displays the entry date in the item Other Date 2,which is specified in the Entry into Group field in CreateContract Elements (0016) infotype.
      • Date Type for Entry

        • The system displays the entry date in the item Other Date 3,which is specified in the Date Type in Create DateSpecification (0014) infotype.
