SAP Program RPCPBSQ1 - Interface to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS)

Purpose
This report generates a download file that you can transfer to the ABSto meet the agency's statistical requirements. The interface can be runfor an entire quarter or a single period as required.

Features and Configurations

  • Feature 13DEG - Determines Employee group and sub-group and it returns
  • one of the following values:
    F - Full time
    P - Part time
    C - Casual
    • Adult age:

    • Adult age is defined in the Payroll Parameters table view(V_T511K) as JUAGE.
      • Count

      • Count includes the total number of employees who:
        Have a non - zero gross earning
        Are not casual employees
        The report displays the following Counts:
        Male
        - Full time adults
        - Others (all employees other than casual employees)
        Female
        - Full time adults
        - Others (all employees other than casual employees)
        • Gross Earnings

        • Gross Earnings are stored in Gross Earnings ABS only wage type(/176). Wage types that are required to be identified as Gross Earningsshould be configured to Gross Earnings ABS only wage type(/176).
          • Overtime Amount Paid

          • Overtime hours are identified by Overtime Processing for ABSprocessing class (87). Wage types that are to be recorded as overtimeshould have Overtime Processing for ABS processing class (87)set to 1.
            &NOTE&
            Gross earnings also include earnings paid as overtime.
            • Salary Sacrifice

            • The system stores salary sacrifice inSal Sac. Earningsfor ABS wage type (/174). You must assign the wage type that thesystem must identify as Salary Sacrifice, to Sal Sac. Earnings forABS cumulation class 74.
              • Pay Period Type D (Daily) is not supported by SAP.
