SAP Program RPCPBSQ0 - Employment Declaration Details to Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

Purpose
This report generates the TFN declarations, for submission to theAustralian Taxation Office (ATO).
In the TFN declarations, the report displays those master data details,which relate to the information recorded on the Employment Declarationforms.
For obtaining the required information the report makes use of thefollowing features:

  • Set date type for determining entry date - Declaration Signed
    • (13DSN)
    • To determine Declaration Signed date for Employer (13DEN)

    • To determine Employee group and Sub-group (13DEG)

      • For more information on the features, refer to the IMG under PayrollAustralia -> ABS Interface/Employment Declaration Details ->Employment Declaration Details to the AustralianTaxation Office.

      Output
      In addition to generating the ATO information in a printable format, youalso have the option to:

      • Download the information to a workstation in an ASCII, Binary

        • or an IBM file type.
        • Upload the information to an application server, in an UTF8
          • format.

          Activities

          • Select the relevant Payroll Periods and the Personnel Numbers

            • To download the TFN Declarations to a workstation, select the
              • Download indicator and the file type for download.
              • To upload the TFN Declarations to an application server, select
                • Application Server.
                • To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
