Purpose
If the work relationship is interrupted for other reasons thanvacation, special leave, etc. this also results in an interruption ofthe compulsory health insurance. To prevent the employee from having toregister and deregister with the health insurance fund every time, theemployee may send a completed form to the health insurance fund at theend of the month of the last interruption.
