'Signature' parameter
Indicate the company's chief executive.

'Check forms' button
Using this parameter, you can display the form customizing log.

If you select this parameter, you can make the calculatin, print theform and store form data to the database of table T5ITNO.

'Print' parameter
If you choose this type of processing, the form will be printed byreading T5ITNO table data without making any calculation.

'Print personnel numbers of employees who left only' parameter
If you select this parameter, only employees who left are processed.
