Purpose
This report processes response messages. Response messages are sent bythe tax authority after:

• an EDM / zip file has been received (type 'Acknowledgment');


• the tax authority cannot import or open the EDM / zip file, e.g. because
there are no XML data (type 'Error');

• the tax authority has processed the EDM and has found errors (type
'Error');

Integration
This report is started from the menu or periodically from a script andprocesses all downloaded response messages.

Prerequisites
To process a response message successfully the following conditions mustbe met:


• You should have reading / writing rights for the EDM of the legal person
to which the response message refers. You can check this withauthorization object P_NL_LA06, with ACTVT = 01

• The response message must have been downloaded from the FTP server

of the tax authority to the presentation server (usually the localPC) or to the application server.

• The EDMs that belong to the response messages should already be
generated.

• The response message cannot have been processed at an earlier time.

Selection
In the selection screen you can indicate whether the response messageshould be downloaded from the presentation server. If you select thisoption and you have not yet included a file referral in selection field"Response message", a dialog box will appear with which you can selectan XML file. You can use this to select and open the downloaded reponsemessage after which the response message will be processed.
If you do not indicate that the response message will be downloaded fromthe presentation server, all response messages that have been downloadedto the location on the application server that is specified in HR
_NL_EDM_IN (transaction FILE) will be processed.
The option "Test mode" processes the response messages without updatingthe database of the B2A-Manager. If the test mode is activated,processed response messages are not moved.

Output
If the response messages have been processed succesfully the data willbe written to the database. Successfully processed response messageswill be moved from file location HR_NL_EDM_IN to HR_NL_EDM_DONE (bothare specified in transaction FILE).
