SAP Program RPCDTWD0 - Pre.program DME (HR-BAV) Reimbursement of contributions

Description
Report RPCDTWD0 is a preliminary data medium program that is startedafter the pensions have been calculated if contributions need to bereimbursed.
Relevant data;

  • Infotype 0203: Pension/Valuation Status

  • Table P01CBT: Reimbursement Amounts Bank Transfers

  • The program reads all open bank transfers from table P01CBT and selectsthe records that match the specified wage type ("Wage Type to beTranferred" parameter).
    An input file is created for the data medium print program RFFOD_Uusing these files. Please note that this wage type must have acorresponding entry in table T520S (Text Key for Data Medium Exchange).
    The relevant bank data is now taken from table P01CBT instead of frommaster data files.
    RPCDTWD0 only selects the records with a reimbursement period withinthe selected period.
    In an update run, the bank transfers are flagged with the transfer dateand time in table P01CBT.
    The date of the last transfer run is entered in infotype 0203(Pension/Reserve Status).
    If it is not a repeat run, employees with open reimbursements can beidentified by the data in the Pension/Reserve Status infotype. Thisselection method is considerably quicker, however, it cannot be used ina repeat run. In this case, you should enter the personnel numbersdirectly or, at least, restrict the range. The transfers to be repeatedcan be identified by the repetition date and time.
    Feature DWCDT is used to determine the house bank and the houseaccount. The feature works alongside feature DTAKT, however, thecompany code, business area, and cost center are determined using thebenefit provider and not the employee's organizational assignment.
    The conversion of the data into a data input file for the paymentmedium print program RFFOD_U (Germany) takes place alongside reportRPCDTAD0. Please see the additional documentation for this report.
