SAP Program RPCBRUA1 - Works council contribution list (Austria)

Purpose
This report creates a list of all employees for whom a works councilcontribution was deducted in payroll.
The length of the evaluation period is always a month.

Define recipient
If you have assigned different recipients for the works council (forexample, for hourly paid workers and for salaried employees), they areidentified in the list.
The recipient is determined from the employee's payroll results. If thepayroll results do not contain a recipient key (occurs with olderpayroll results that were created in an earlier release), theemployee's master data is evaluated.

Prerequisites

  • In Customizing for Personnel Administration under
    • Organizational Data -> Organizational Assignment, youhave processed the section Organizational Assignment SupplementAustria
    .
    • You have completed payroll successfully for the payroll areas you want
      • to evaluate.

      Features
      The results are displayed as a list. You can format the listindividually. To do this, the following functions are available:

      • List sort according to various column criteria

      • Display/hide certain columns

      • Change in the column width

      • Creation of totals using the value columns

      • Creation of group totals according to different criteria

      • Filter

      • Detail view of a list line

      • Mail connection

      • Excel download

      • Word download

        • List header
        The list header is formatted dynamically. You can specify the sortfields for the header as follows:
        Choose Sort ascend. order or Sort descend. order from thelist.
        The window Define sort is displayed.
        Select the fields for the header from the Sort List .
        Choose Display selected fields.
        For each sort field enter * in the column GC (Groupchange) of the table Sort Fields.
        Choose OK.

        Display variants
        After processing the list, you can save the options that suit yourneeds as display variants. To do this, choose Settings ->Display variants -> Save ... from the list to beprocessed.
