Description Annual Report for displaying payroll results. This report makes use of the HR_DISPLAY_BASIC_LIST to displays the payroll results for the whole year. Period: The starting and ending dates for the reporting period has to be entered. Generally this is the starting and ending period of the year, as this is a annual report. But this report can also be generated any time in between. Personnel Selection Range of persons for whom the report has to be generated will be be entered here. Additional Data Additional fields can be selected and attached to the payroll report. A set of fields are displayed on the screen from which a maximum of four(4) fields can be selected. Facility has been provided for selection and deselection of fields from the list. Include Offcycle Results The user can decide whether offcycle results need to be included in the report. If offcycle results are to be included, these are are clubbed along with the results of respective months in which the offcycle was run. Totals Required The report can be generated with or without the totals by using this option. Checking on this box will enable totals for a employee as well as the grand total for all employees along with a head count. Generally when this report is output as a word file or as a excel file, the user may not want the totals as he will be doing further processing on the output data. Wage Types The range of wage types for which the report is to be generated is specified. If no wage type are mentioned then the report is generated for all the wagetypes in the results table for the employee.
Output The Results are displayed on the screen with facility to print. The display of results are governed by the selections done. This is an annual report and will be generated during the yearend. The report can also be exported as a MS-WORD document file or as a MS-EXCEL file. |
