Purpose
This function generates the Form ML2 for the Third ChildMaternity Leave (3CML).

Prerequisites

• You have run the payroll for your employees for the 3CML period and
have payroll results.

• You have maintained the 3CML information for you employees in the
Absences infotype under the Third Child Maternity Leavesubtype (0700).

Selection
Enter the following information to select the employee(s) for whom youwant to generate Form ML2:


• Payroll period


• Personnel number of an individual, or a range of employees and
the Payroll area

• Contact information of the employer


• Name or Designation of the Authorised Person, NRIC number

, and Date

Output
The system generates Form ML2 for every payroll record that youselect. You have the option to view these forms on screen and to printthem.

Activities


• From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll ->
Asia/Pacefic -> Singapore -> Subsequenct Activities ->Period-independent -> Reporting -> 3CML Report
The Generates reimbursement form(ML2) for 3CML Salary for Employer
screen appears.

• Enter the relevant details


• Choose Program -> Execute and generate the Form ML2
