Purpose
You use this report to create the Digital Personnel File (DPF) forHR Administrative Services using a personnel number. You can alsoadd process documents to the DPF using the reference number of a processwithin HCM Processes and Forms.

  • Creating the DPF using a personnel number

  • You can execute the report to create the DPF for an employee withoutfirst having to execute an actual process for this employee. In thiscase, the system creates the DPF with folders for archived documents.
    You can then run the report in the Test Run. If errors occurred whencreating the DPF, the system generates error messages in the applicationlog. Once these errors have been resolved you can execute the report inthe production mode.
    • Adding process documents to the DPF using a reference number

    • You can execute the report to correct any errors when transferringprocess documents. If the system is executing a process within HCMProcesses and Forms and cannot add the attached process documents tothe DPF of the relevant employee due to an error, you can add thesedocuments to the DPF using this report.
      You cannot run the report in the Test Run. If you enter areference number and set the Test Run indicator, an error messageappears.
      If you enter both a personnel number and a reference number, the systemexecutes the report using the reference number.
