Description You can use this report to create planned or completed applicantactions for several applicants at the same time. You can create eitherthe same actions for all the applicants in your selection list, ordifferent actions for each. Applications are selected on the initialscreen of the report and listed in the form of a table control. Theapplicant actions are then created from this list. Output The applications selected on the initial screen are shown as a tablecontrol. If an applicant has applied more than once, then all theapplications entered for this applicant will appear in the list. The table control contains the following data: applicant number applicant's name date of receipt of application action created error message personnel area personnel subarea applicant group applicant range applicant's overall status status reason unsolicited application group job advertisement number (if applicant has more than one application on the same day) You can use further selection criteria on the initial screen torestrict the amount of applications that appear on the list. Note:> If you specify a date in the Receipt of application>field, the system will only select applications that were received onthis day. If you specify a date in the Data selection key date>field, the system will only select data records that are valid on theday in question. Procedure> In the table control, select the applications for which you wish tocreate applicant actions. You have two options for mass processingapplicant actions:
- If you wish to create different applicant actions for the applications
you have selected, choose Planned individual actions> orCompleted individual actions> as required. Dialog boxes will thenappear (one after the other) for each of the applications selected.Enter data as required. The values you enter in a dialog box will beproposed as the default values for the next dialog box. Result: A different action was created for each of the applicationsselected.
- If you wish to create the same action for all the applications
selected, choose Planned mass actions> or Completed massactions>. A dialog box appears. Enter data as required. Result: The action has been created for all the applications selected. If you cancel when creating actions in mass processing, then theactions will not be created for any of the applications selected. Ifyou cancel when creating actions in individual processing, then anaction will not be created for the one application in question only. If you create several actions after each other for an application, onlythe last action created is displayed in the Action created>column.Example You want to invite applicants who applied in response to a specific jobadvertisement to a test session. On the selection screen, enter the jobadvertisement in question as a selection criterion. The jobapplications that are selected are displayed in a table control. Selectthose with the appropriate overall status (for exampleProcessing>) and choose Planned mass actions>. A dialog boxappears. Enter the activity type Invitation to test>, the performdate (date of execution) and a standard text. Enter further data if andas required. Result: The planned action Invitation to test> has been createdfor the job applications selected.
