You can only start the report successfully if you have alreadyexecuted planned actions using report RPAPRT01. You can startreport RPAPRT01 via the menu path -> Recurring tasks -> Printletters -> Execute.
Output
When you start the report, you will receive a list of all plannedactions which can be marked Completed. You can limit the lengthof this list by specifying selection criteria in the initial screen.Flag all desired actions in the list and then select the appropriatefunction key to activate processing.
