Purpose
Use this transaction to view owner records based on the type ofownership interest, a date range, and the DOI check-in/check-outstatus. You can also recalculate the gross revenue interest (GRI) forspecific records in the list.

Activities
1. Enter the owner for which you would like to view records. Enter theinterest category (either W = working, R = Royalty, or C = carried).Also enter an effective date range, and whether you would like to viewrecords for the checked-in or checked out DOI areas.
2. Select "Enter".
The system displays a list of owner records correspdonding to yoursearch. You can view the list, and if you want, you can recalculate theGRI (the GRI - gross revenue interest. The GRI is a sum for all therecords, so you do not need to select a single record, but rather, yourecalculate the GRI for all the records in the list at once). To dothat, select "Recalculate GRI".
