Description
This report reconciles the converted excise duty value for the exciseduty-paid materials with the calculated excise duty value. There may bedifferences between the two values because of rounding differences fromlocal currency conversion to euro. The excise duty value is calculatedby multiplying the current excise duty quantity for a material with thecurrent excise duty rate held in Table OIH01 (Excise Duty Rates table).If there is a difference between the two values, then the excise dutyvalue held in the valuation segment for the material is updated withthe calculated value.
This report should be run in the post-processing phase ('post phase')after local currency conversion. However, while the report is beingrun, you should not carry out any excise duty valuation-relevantpostings for materials. The report should be started in backgroundmode.
