Description
You can use this program to copy all settings (or individual settings)in table NOEK (Assign Organizational Unit to Cost Center forInternal Activity Allocation) to table NO2K (AssignOrganizational Unit to Cost Center for Revenue Account Assignment).
The values of OU 1 are copied from table NOEK to OU 2(more precisely, to the column entitled Req. nrs. OU).
If you flag the option For "valid from" only, you will only beable to copy entries in table NOEK that have a start date ("valid from"date).
If you flag the option Overwrite existing entries, you canchange existing entries in table NO2K.

Important!
This program can lead to inconsistent data in the target table (seebelow). Therefore, read this report documentation and analyze yoursituation in depth before you run this program!

Precondition
Always make sure that the corresponding entries do not exist in thetarget table, or that you really want to overwrite any existingentries. Entries in the target table are not deleted. If differentperiods have been defined in source and target table, this can lead toinconsistent entries in the target table (for example, validity periodsthat overlap, or gaps between validity periods). No consistency checksare run by the current version of this program.
For this reason, always run the program in test mode first, and alwaysmake absolutely certain that you want to overwrite any existingentries!
The program does not check to see if entries in table NO2K arecurrently being processed (i.e. the program does not block entries).For this reason, always make sure before you run the program in livemode that table NO2K is not being processed by another program or user.

Output
If you have not selected the Test mode option, the program copies theselected entries to the target table.
The program also generates a list containing the following information:

• The entries selected from the source table


• The entries to be generated in the target table


• Information on whether the entry already exists in the target table
(i.e. has the same key), and would result in the entry being changed(column entitled Up)

• Information on whether an identical entry already exists in the target
table (column entitled Id)

• Status information regarding the action performed

Example
If you do not enter any selection criteria on the selection screen, andyou deselect the Test mode field, and flag the Overwriteexisting entries field, you can copy all entries from table NOEK totable NO2K.
