Description
This program checks the technical consistency between services and IVitems. It checks whether there are any canceled items (NKSP) that referto billable services (NLKZ) for non-canceled IV documents (NKSK). Thisis not allowed.

Precondition
Always run this report in test mode first, and analyze the casesthat are selected.

Output
This program generates an error list. In production mode, all incorrectNLKZ records are deleted.
