Set Treatment Category of Case

Purpose
The report changes the treatment category of the case to the value ofthe treatment category of the admission (for inpatient/day patientcases) or of the first visit (for outpatient cases).

Prerequisites
Since the report reads all cases that have not been canceled, it shouldbe run in the background at discreet times.
