Description
The RNC301UE program enables you to edit EDI messages directly in IS-Hmanagement.
The messages are edited in "expert mode" using an editor similar toABAP/4.
Attention: the message format is not checked after the changeshave been made. The person editing the message is solely responsiblefor ensuring that the format is correct.
Changes made to messages in this way are logged accordingly.
Such changes are currently pointless for inbound messages since whenupload is repeated the file is read again. And the content of the fileis naturally changed as well.
As concerns outbound messages, manual changes can prove to be expedientin special situations. However, bear in mind that when changes are madeto the underlying object (the case admission, for example) your manualchange is overwritten again if the message has not yet been sent.

Precondition
The status of the message must allow it to be edited.
You can avoid this by flagging the Status-independent field.Please remember, though, that you should only do this in exceptionalcases (and if you have permission to do so), since you can also falsifythe logs of messages that have already been transmitted.
Only users with the authorization N_U3_URM and the authorization storedin the report attributes can use this mode.
