Precondition
IMPORTANT: you can also delete cases that have already been billed fromthe case selection using this report. The billing status of the casesis not checked.
Selection
The report selection depends on the parameters with which is isstarted. For example, you can choose only case selections

• from specific institutions


• with certain selection indicators


• that were entered during a certain period of time


• or one or more cases in a billing selection

You can also choose to delete JUST the messages from one or more caseselections without deleting the case selection itself by selecting'Delete message texts only' under 'Processing mode'.
Period selection:
If you do not enter a start or end date, the report selects all of thecase selections.
General notes
- All of the selection parameters can be combined as required
- You must always select an institution
- Always start the report in test mode first
(that is, Test ... X ) and check the result.
