Description
You can use this program to set or cancel the billing block forinpatient and day patient cases.

Selection Criteria
You can restrict the cases to be processed either by specifying a caseselection, case numbers or the date of admission or discharge. You can,however, only use one of the four options to select the cases.
By means of the radio buttons Set billing block for cases andCancel billing block for cases you stipulate how you wish tomodify the billing block. Under the respective radio buttons, you canalso specify further conditions for selecting the cases. Note that theindividual conditions for the processing mode Set billing blockare linked via logic OR, while those for the Cancel billingblock mode are linked via logic AND.
The conditions include those for a charge check, charge proposal, andinsurance verification and correspond to the programs RNLBTAG0,RNALL001 and RNNKOS13. The charge and invoice verification checks aresuccessful if the corresponding report does not produce error messagesor warnings for the case in question. In the case of the chargeproposal, the system checks whether the RNALL000 program finds a chargeproposal.
In the Further options block, you can decide whether the reportis to be executed in live mode or in test mode. The default setting istest mode. You can also write those cases for which the billing blockhas been changed to the selection indicator. If the specified selectionindicator already exists, the cases processed are appended to theselection indicator. Cases are not deleted from the selectionindicator. If the specified indicator does not exist, it is onlycreated if at least one case was actually changed.

Output
The program outputs a list of cases for which the billing block waseither changed or can be changed.
In Set billing block mode, the check that caused the billingblock to be changed for the case in question is indicated in theComment field (provided you specified conditions for changingthe billing block).
