Purpose
Assignment of document categories to an organizational unit

Features
You can use this report to simultaneously assign several documentcategories to a documenting organizational unit. The update run of thereport makes the corresponding assignments in table N2DO. If theselected document categories are already assigned, no re-assignment willtake place.
This report is for administrators. You require authorization objectN_EINR_REP in the user master data in order to run this report.

Selection
The following can be chosen as selection parameters:
- Institution
- Documenting organizational unit (abbreviation)
- Document category (abbreviation)
- Document category version (numerical entry between 001 - 999)
- Display sequence (numerical entry between 01 - 99 [the smaller thenumber, the higher the document category will appear])
- Display of document management data dialog box when 'Create Document'function is called
- Start of validity of assignment (preset with the current date)

Output
If the report is started in update mode, the selected documentcategories are assigned to the selected documenting organizational unit.The validity of the new entries starts with the selected start ofvalidity and ends on 31.12.9999. A list of successfully assigneddocument categories is displayed
