Purpose Using this program you can transport PMDs between systems. Implement theprogram on the client from which transport is to occur (source client). The result of this program is a transport request with table keys or aBC set with table entries. You can find additional information on transporting document categoriesin the component i.s.h.med> under Enhanced Basic Data ->Clinical Document Categories -> Parameterized Document Categories ->Transport of Document Categories>.Features Selection Source information Make the required entries. Generic specification of the documentcategory is possible. All versions of a document category are transported. Using this program all the data for the document category is transportedthat has been entered in parameterizable documentation systemsmanagement for this document category. It involves table contents(customizing data). Hence the complete document category definition istransported to the target system. Transport type All the parameterization data (table contents) for a document categoryis written into a transport request or a BC set.
- BC set>>
Filling a BC set is intended for transporting between systeminfrastructures.
- Correction order>>
Within a system infrastructure you transport the data via a correctionorder. Before executing the transport program we recommend performing a testrun (presetting). The output object list shows the keys.Standard_variants Under Additional options> you can find the indicator Onlylanguage-dependent PMD parts>. This is only intended for SAP. If you select this option, not all definition data, but only texttables> with all the available languages for a document category areplaced in a BC set. This option is for configuring texts in the standardSAP translation list when document categories are distributed via an XMLinstallation package.Output The system lists the document categories that were able to be set in thetransport request or in the BC set. You also receive the following error or information messages:
- Document category is not transportable (status?)
- Document category does not exist in the source client
- Document category does not possess an element list
- Document category not transported: error in the abstract design
- No authorization for transporting the document category
