Purpose
This correction report checks whether there are canceled surgeryrequests of which the surgery anchor services have incorrectly not beencanceled and flags these surgery anchor services as canceled. The reportalso cancels any teams or time stamps which may exist. However, thisreport does not cancel documents or materials.
You should note that this report only cancels the data of surgerieswhich have not yet started. In case of surgeries which have alreadystarted, the report will only display the incorrect surgery anchorservices. You must manually process these surgery anchor services.

Prerequisites
This report is only relevant to you if you use the clinical system (orthe Surgery System component) with Release 4.72 before AOP 12 or withRelease 6.00 before AOP 2.
