Purpose
The report selects NLEI and NLEM entries whose actual start date doesnot match the desired date. Services that

• are already associated with a movement


• are already linked to an appointment


• are cyclic individual services

comprise exceptions.

Selection
Selection criteria:


• Institution


• Service date: actual start date of the service. Enter a short interval,
for example, a week.

• 'Test Run' checkbox: Controls whether the report is to simply output the
data containing errors or correct it.

Output
The following fields are output:


• Desired date


• Actual start date of the service


• Provisional patient number


• Patient number


• Service
