Purpose The report RN1_CORRECT_NTMN_FALNR is used to restore the followingconnections between a case, an appointment and a service:
- If the field for the sequence number of a movement (TMNLB) has been
selected in database table NTMN and the field for the case number(FALNR) is initial, the report copies the case number from the servicesperformed (NLEI) to the relevant appointment.
- The report copies the fields Case Type> (FALAR) and Case Check
Digit> (FZIFF) from database table NFAL to the relevant appointments.
- The report reads the corresponding appointment reservations (NAPP) and
copies the case number from the service performed (NLEI) to theappointment reservation for the relevant appointments.Selection
- Institution
Institution to which the selected appointments belong.
- Date Created
Entry of a date or period to select the appointments. The report onlyselects appointments created on the date or during the period specified. You can execute the report in test mode. When you do this, no changesare made to the database.Output The report lists all the appointments and appointment reservations thathave been corrected or that could not be corrected. It restores the above links (for example, the link between theappointment and the case), which changes the database tables forpatient-related appointments (NTMN) and appointment reservations (NAPP). When doing this, the report generates the following tables::
- A table containing the changed patient-related appointments
- A table containing the changed appointment reservations
- A table containing appointments that could not be changed
- A table containing appointment reservations that could not be changed
However, the report only updates appointments and appointmentreservations for which a change was successfully made.Activities In order to ensure that it is possible to trace your corrections, savethe changed results lists to a local file.
