Purpose
Initialization of number ranges and number range intervals for thedetermination of the external prescription number (N1THS-EXPRESNR).
This XPRA must run for i.s.h.med Release 4.72. The system will createone entry each in the NRIV (intervals) and TNKRS (IS-H numberassignment) tables.

This program can be re-started without problems, if it is canceled.
