Purpose
This report automatically sets events, which are already documented inthe system as administered, to 'Ended' status which means they can nolonger be changed.
The user can also run the report in test mode, without actually makingchanges to the database. In this case a list of events to be ended iscreated.

Selection
The user can enter various selection criteria on a selection screen todetermine which events should be selected for processing.

• Institution


• Documenting OU (one or more)


• Order number (one or more)


• Period of administration


• Test run indicator

Output
The report displays a list of all ended events. If an event could not beended, the program writes an appropriate error message on the list.
